Policies
Overtime
1.5× the applicable hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments past the scheduled session end.
Rush turnaround
+25% flat fee on total project cost for delivery requested within 48 hours of session completion.
Payment
Full payment is due at booking to confirm your date.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours in advance. Inside 72 hours, payment converts to studio credit only.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule with 48+ hours notice; additional reschedules incur a $50 admin fee.
